Simple Steps is a fun and rewarding way to join your friends, family, and coworkers in walking for fun and fitness. Simple Steps Bemidji can help you take steps to discovering more energy, reducing your stress level, and improving your overall health.

What is Simple Steps?

  • Simple Steps Bemidji is a walking program for individuals 18 or older who live or work in Bemidji (and those who walk with them). Our goals are simple, to help improve your health and longevity and ultimately increase the number of people who walk regularly in Bemidji.
  • To Participate, an individual will need to find at least one friend, relative, neighbor, or coworker to walk with one or more times a week.
  • Our program is free and easy; all you need are some comfortable walking shoes and at least one buddy for support.
  • Participants in Simple Steps can win some GREAT prizes by regularly walking with their group.
